About Me

I arrived in Luxembourg in 2001 after three years as a developer, and started my career at MOOG Luxembourg, the local branch of MOOG Inc., an industrial group with 11,000 employees worldwide. Initially focused on the ERP technical environment, I soon took charge of designing and implementing a redundant data center to serve the group’s Europe and Asia-Pacific entities. That was my first immersion into high-stakes infrastructure — a field where I naturally belong.

At DEEP (formerly EBRC), a major player in Tier IV DataCenters and sensitive data management in Luxembourg, I led a wide variety of projects: high-availability data room setup, implementation of a PCI-DSS platform for an online bank, development of managed services, and more. It was a demanding and methodical environment for project management.

I then joined CHAMP Cargosystems, a software provider and operator for the air freight industry, as Director and later VP of Technology Services. For 7 years, I led IT operations: complete infrastructure overhaul, reduction of technical debt to zero, and migration to two new Tier IV DataCenters. A global leadership role, with international teams and strategic responsibilities.

Independent by nature, I now focus on ambitious and critical IT projects — whether in industry, services, or any non-IT company looking for a seasoned leader to structure and deliver complex transformations.

My style is pragmatic (not dogmatic): I listen, align, then execute the plan step by step. I believe that no problem is too big to be broken down and solved methodically — and that short, frequent meetings are often more effective than long sessions. These simple principles shape how I work with teams.

I'm results-driven, team-oriented (because nothing gets done alone and success is a collective achievement.), and I strive to create clarity, focus, and momentum.

I like concrete, complex projects — ones that require structure, energy, and clear direction.
